Four steps, start to finish.

01

Pick the document

Choose from fifteen types when you create something new, from a quote to a completion certificate.

02

Fill in the job

Client, line items, tax and notes work the same way on every type.

03

It labels itself

The date field and the party label change to fit, like Valid until, Respond by or Scheduled for.

04

Send or download

Share it as a link or download a print-ready PDF.

Everything it does.

Numbered by type

Invoices run INV, change orders run CO, work orders run WO. Each type keeps its own count.

The right words

A change order states that no work starts until it is signed. A progress invoice notes retainage and previous payments.

Starter notes

Change orders, work orders, reminders and agreements start with sensible default wording you can edit.

Letters as well as price tables

Completion certificates and appointment confirmations lead with the message, not a table of prices.

Credit notes and purchase orders

Refund a client or order from a vendor without leaving the app.

Payment reminders

A friendly reminder document for an overdue balance, ready to send.

Good to know.

How many document types can I create?
Fifteen: invoice, estimate, quote, proposal, change order, progress invoice, receipt, work order, service report, maintenance agreement, completion certificate, purchase order, credit note, payment reminder and appointment confirmation.
Do older documents still open?
Yes. Documents saved with a type we no longer offer for new work still open and print as before.
