Features / Projects and progress draws

Bill big jobs in stages, with retainage worked out on every draw.

Set a draw schedule when the job is sold, then bill each milestone as it is finished. AeroInvoice tracks the contract, approved changes, percent complete, retainage and what has already been paid, so every draw is right.

Four steps, start to finish.

01

Set the schedule

Split the contract into deposits and milestones by percentage or amount.

02

Track the job

Budget, materials and progress for every active project on one screen.

03

Bill the draw

Invoice the next milestone in one tap, less the retainage percent you set.

04

Close it out

Bill the retainage release as the final draw when the job is signed off.

Everything it does.

Pay applications

Contract sum, approved changes, completed to date, retainage, previous payments and current due, laid out clearly.

Change orders

Signed change orders roll into the contract sum, so every later draw is based on the right number.

Every job side by side

See all active projects, their budgets and progress at once, whether you run one crew or ten.

Materials against budget

Log materials to the job and see what is left before you are over.

Client sees progress

One PIN-protected portal per client will show the same progress, so draws are expected. Coming soon Today each draw invoice goes out as its own link.

Milestone status

Each milestone shows pending, invoiced or paid.

Good to know.

What is retainage?
A percentage of each payment held back until the job is finished, often 5 to 10 percent. AeroInvoice shows the amount held on each progress invoice, and you bill its release as the final draw.
Can I bill by percent complete?
Yes. Enter the percent complete and the draw amount calculates from the contract.
