Can I switch plans or cancel?
Yes. Upgrade inside the app any time. To downgrade or cancel, email support@aeroinvoicing.com. Your plan stays active through the end of the billing period and you will not be charged again.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Email support@aeroinvoicing.com within 3 days of a charge for a full refund. See the Terms of Service for details.
What happens to my documents if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. You keep every invoice and estimate. You just go back to the free monthly limit for new ones.
Are there payment processing fees?
Stripe charges its standard card rate on payments your clients make. AeroInvoice does not add a fee on top.
