Can AeroInvoice bill my weekly mowing customers for me?
Yes, on the Business plan. Set up a recurring invoice weekly, every 2 weeks, monthly, quarterly or yearly, with an optional end date. Each invoice is created on its date and either emailed to the client with its link or saved as a draft for you to check. Pause, resume or cancel it any time. The Free and Pro plans do not include recurring invoices.
Can I take a deposit before I buy sod and plants?
Yes. On the Pro plan, add a deposit milestone to the estimate. Once the client approves, bill the deposit and let them pay it from the link.
Do clients need an account to pay?
No. They open the link and pay by card, or a wallet your Stripe account enables, once you connect Stripe.
How fast do I get paid when a client pays an invoice?
The payment posts to the invoice once Stripe confirms it. The money reaches your bank on your own Stripe payout schedule. Stripe sets that timing, and your first payout usually takes longer.
Do I need a card to start?
No. The free plan covers 5 documents a month with no card. Upgrade when you need unlimited documents, deposits and draws, or recurring invoices.
